Google Chrome - Cache Clearing

In Chrome on a computer (including Chromebooks): 

Before clearing the web browser cache & cookies, please be certain you have your account username and password available, so you can sign back into your account.  As, the process of clearing the web browser cache and cookies, will most likely sign you out of your account.

 - On your computer, open Chrome.

 - At the top right, click the vertical three dots icon.

 - Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

 - Choose the Advanced tab.

 - At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

 - Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes (or select all boxes to do a complete cleanup).

 - Click Clear data.

 

In the Chrome app on an Android:

 - On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.

 - At the top right, tap the vertical three dots icon.

 - Tap History and then Clear browsing data.

 - At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

 - Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

 - Tap Clear data.

 

In the Chrome app on an iOS system (iPad or iPhone): 

Before clearing the web browser cache & cookies, please be certain you have your account username and password available, so you can sign back into your account.  As, the process of clearing the web browser cache and cookies, will most likely sign you out of your account.

 - Open the Chrome app Chrome.

 - At the bottom, tap More Tools.

 - Tap History and then Clear browsing data.

 - Make sure there’s a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."

 - Tap Clear browsing data.
